What we collect on this website
- Request-access form: your name, email address, your stated goals, and how you heard about us.
- Contact form: your name, email address and message.
- Technical logs: our hosting provider may record standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and time of visit for security and operations.
This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and does not load third-party scripts or fonts.
How we use it
- To review your request and contact you about access.
- To answer messages you send.
- To keep the site secure.
We do not sell your information and do not share it for advertising.
Who handles it
Form submissions are processed by our hosting and forms provider, Netlify, which stores them and forwards them to us by email. Email is handled by our email provider. These providers act on our behalf and have their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Request details are kept while your request is open and while you use the app, then deleted within a reasonable time after you ask us to remove them or we no longer need them. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to respond.
Your entries in the app
The app stores your daily entries, health numbers and notes in your own phone’s browser storage. We do not receive or store them on our servers. You can add a passcode to encrypt them on your device. Because they live only on your device, clearing browser data or losing the phone can delete them, so make backups. We cannot recover your data or your passcode.
Third-party connections you choose
If you choose to connect an optional service to your own copy of the app (for example to import workouts), that connection is between you and that service and subject to its terms.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you gave us by using the contact form. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we will honor valid requests.
Children
This site and program are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with security headers. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
