1. Wellness information only
Everything we provide is general wellness information, not medical advice. Please read the health disclaimer. You are responsible for deciding whether the program is suitable for you and for consulting a clinician.
2. Access
Access to the app is by request and may be approved, declined, paused or withdrawn at our discretion. Each approved person receives a private copy of the app for personal, non-commercial use. Do not share your copy’s link or password.
3. Your data and backups
The app stores your entries on your own device. You are responsible for backups and for keeping your passcode and recovery code safe. We cannot recover lost data.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site or app, attempt to disrupt or probe it, copy or resell it, or use it unlawfully.
5. Intellectual property
The My Mito Reset name, logo, text, design and software belong to us or our licensors. Third-party names and research are the property of their owners; see credits.
6. No warranty
The site and app are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from use of the site or app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may change the program, app or these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
